The artwork

Kirk Van Houten claims that even a cat could explain his Pictionary drawing to Luann. An ordinary cat sits before the baffling Dignity sketch while his confident question and assertion fill the space above, leaving the imaginary expert’s verdict unanswered.

The scene

A Milhouse Divided · Season 8, Episode 6

When Luann cannot identify his drawing during a dinner-party game of Pictionary, Kirk insists that a cat would recognize it and explain it to her. This is a hypothetical insult; no cat actually performs the task. The timer runs out and he reveals that the drawing represents dignity.
