The artwork

Kramer attempts to unload unwanted muffin stumps in The Muffin Tops, only to receive a completely flat rejection from the dump attendant. Oversized cream lettering extends across a sunlit orange wall beside a dark trash bag with long street shadows. It captures the dry, unbothered absurdity of New York City life.

The scene

The Muffin Tops · Season 8, Episode 21

Kramer tries to dump unwanted muffin stumps during his Peterman tour. When the attendant refuses to take them without tops and Kramer asks whether this is a joke, the attendant gives a deadpan brush-off.
