The artwork
In Louis C.K.: Live at the Beacon Theater (2011), Louis C.K. imagines consequences for a giant dog whose stories keep repeating its size. Repetitive books are dwarfed by the animal; the oversized word contour cuts into the leg silhouette while the demand remains readable.
The scene
Louis C.K.: Live at the Beacon Theater (2011) — Invented consequence for repetitive giant-dog stories
Louis complains that many giant-dog books repeat size without consequence. He invents a darker narrative in which the dog steps on a policeman, who later dies; the fictional widow demands the dog's death. He then imagines the town building an enormous electric chair. These are hypothetical additions to a children's story, not events in an actual Clifford book.
